C | ”省司法厅相关负责人介绍，在机构和队伍建设方面，省已组建省公安系统6类342人的国际执法合作人才库、司法行政系统4类474人的涉外法治人才库，确定5家律师事务所为涉外律师业务研修单位，3个国际仲裁中心建设持续推进，与高校共建涉外法治研究中心、开展高端人才培养合作。此次涉外法律服务团成员包括全省仲裁骨干、优秀涉外律师、资深公证员、商务贸促法律专家、侨联法律人才等，兼顾不同业务领域和产业方向，按照专业领域分组，实行动态管理和年度轮换。涉外法律服务团将采取巡回与定点相结合的方式，深入重点园区、重点企业开展法治体检和合规辅导，为企业提供覆盖海外投资、跨境贸易、知识产权保护等全链条法律服务。建设高素质涉外法治人才队伍，是涉外法律服务的核心支撑。省将加大培训力度，实施涉外法治人才培养培育工程，继续办好“涉外法律服务大讲堂”，开展专题研修。
D | 同时，支持省律所引进京津高端涉外法治人才，推动省内高校加强涉外法学学科建设，深化“校地企”合作，共建涉外法治人才培养实践基地。
E | 涉外法治涉及部门多、领域广，需要各有关部门密切配合、协同作战。根据行动方案，各成员单位将做好外贸企业法律服务需求梳理、加强涉外知识产权保护、做好民营企业涉外法律服务引导等工作，主动对接、信息共享，形成“需求收集、服务供给、效果反馈”的工作闭环。同时，广泛开展联合行动。省司法厅将联合省国资委、省工商联开展“仲在·仲企同行”交流活动，联合省商务厅开展涉外法治能力提升行动，联合省贸促会开展企业出海商法服务提升活动。
F | 此外，省将加强国际合作渠道建设，支持省律师协会、公证协会、仲裁协会拓展与共建“一带一路”国家法律机构的合作，推动签署更多务实合作协议，不断提升涉外法律服务的国际影响力和话语权。
