B |          DRAM价格自2025年Q3起累计上涨约4.5倍，NAND涨幅达130%至150%。存储芯片在手机BOM成本占比从10%至15%飙升至30%至40%，低端机型甚至超过65%。因存储涨价影响，小米曾两次下调手机出货量目标。         据悉，本次上调手机出货量目标，是内部判断存储行情有望迎来反转，也被市场解读为存储涨价周期尾声的产业转折信号。
